The Miele STB 205-3 TurboBrush is an air driven carpet tool (airflow turns a turbine, which in turn spins the brushroller) The STB 205-3 is standard is on several Miele vacuums, including the Neptune and Pisces models. It is also the tool that came with several now retired models, including the Antares.
